Toyota VLC Hub Project

Fire Protection

Pump One International Corporation was selected to supply and deliver the complete fire protection pumping package for the Toyota Vehicle Logistics Center (VLC) Hub. As a primary operational nerve center for vehicle receiving, inspection, and parts distribution in the Philippines, this massive automotive infrastructure hub requires the most rigorous safety systems available to protect high-value automotive inventory and heavy daily logistics operations. Working alongside top-tier engineering contractors, Pump One provided a robust, industrial-scale fire suppression system designed to meet both global corporate risk management standards and local regulations. Logistics and distribution hubs spanning massive square footage require immediate, high-volume hydraulic pressure to manage risks over large open areas. Pump One met these complex performance criteria by delivering an integrated, heavy-duty package featuring: Primary Fire Pump Package: Industrial-grade, high-capacity Fire Pump system engineered to deliver immediate, high-volume flow across the expansive logistics hub. Pressure Maintenance: A premium Jockey Pump system designed to maintain constant, stable pressure within the extensive facility piping network, preventing main pump wear. Control Automation: Fully integrated, high-durability fire pump and jockey pump controllers to ensure immediate, automated activation during system pressure drops. NFPA 20 Compliant: Designed and engineered strictly in accordance with National Fire Protection Association standards for stationary fire pumps. UL-Listed & FM-Approved: Certified by Underwriters Laboratories and Factory Mutual to guarantee global safety compliance. BFP Ready: Fully documentation-supported to satisfy local Bureau of Fire Protection regulations for quick building occupancy clearance.
